Driveway Cleaning and House Washing in Seminole, FL

This customer contacted me because of a previous job and was very excited to work with us again. We arrived at the job, greeted the customer and walked around to inspect the property. After the inspection was done we decided to hook up to a water source but quickly realized the homeowners hose was stuck. We fixed the issue by clamping the hose down and it finally came loose. After hooking up the water to our system, we proceeded to wash the house with some chemical and surfactant (soap). This removes any organic material and washes away any dirty, debris, algae or mold. After soft washing the house and fence, we rinse everything down and proceed to the driveway and sidewalks.

To clean the driveway we started with a light mix of chemicals to kill any organics, mold or mildew. After the chemical as settled, we start the pressure washer and use high pressure to blast off any left over mold/algae. Once the driveway, house and fence was cleaned we asked the customer if they were satisfied and they were very happy and satisfied with the results!
