Pool Deck Cleaning in Clearwater, FL

This customer contacted us on Facebook asking to get their pool deck cleaned. I talked with them asking what they needed but they seemed skeptical about my services since they just got scammed by a previous plumbing company. I assured them that we are a reputable company and sent them photos of our 5 star google reviews, sunbiz account and a copy of our insurance. They were pleased that I was a reputable company and proceeded to give me their home address so we can quote the job.

We quoted the job and they accepted. After that, they were put into the schedule. Upon arrival, the customers were very nice and polite. I proceeded to get ready for the job and talked with the customers about the process that will be taken place to properly clean the pool patio. After a short 15 minute run down of everything, I kindly asked the customers to patiently wait inside until the job was finished.

We started by prepping all of the plants and covering them with a plastic tarp to insure they don’t get harmed in the next process. We then applying a mild detergent to kill any organic growth and prevent any mold or mildew from coming back anytime soon. Once the solution has set, we proceed to pressure washed the deck and pool cage. The dirt and algae came up very easily after the solution set, after the area was safely cleaned we proceed to wash all of the dirt and debris out of the pool area. Once everything was washed down, we took all of the tarps off of the plants and showed the customer the amazing results!

The customer was very happy and pleased with the results of the job, at the end of the job they asked if we could come back and do their driveway and fence. We gave them another price on the given area and they accepted because of our exceptional services.
