Roof Clean, House Wash, and Driveway Cleaning in Largo, FL

This client was wanting a House wash, Roof Clean and a Driveway Cleaning. We started the job with the roof cleaning and it was done by softwashing. Softwashing is a low pressure method that allows us to apply a mix of chemicals and surfactants (soap). This sits ok the shingles and eats away at the mold and mildew, while lighting up the roof and expanding the roofs lifespan. Roof cleaning can be done on Shingle, Tile and Metal roofs!

After the roof was cleaned we proceeded to wash house. We did this with the same method as the roof, softwashing. We apply a mix of chemical and surfactant (soap) and let it remove any organic material. After all of the algae was gone, we rinsed off the chemical.

This client had two driveways and wanted both driveways and all sidewalks cleaned. We started the driveway by applying a pre-treatment to remove any mold/mildew. After the solution was set, we used a surface cleaner with high pressure to remove the rest of the organics. The driveway was left with no streaks and looked brand new.

This customer was very satisfied with the results and was wanting to have us back in the future!
